Hey BP,
Just listed a property here in Las Vegas, NV. I figured I would throw it out there for y'all who are interested in assuming loans or even buying a house @ $180,000 Appraised.
Coby, welcome to BP! Its great to have you on with us. You'll do better advertising your property if you put it in the Marketplace. That is where we put our "solicitations" for all to see. The forums is more for getting to know people and education "ad free". Just letting you know for next time but I'd still go put it over there as well so you can get more to see it.
