    Hey @Account Closed,

    Welcome to the BP community.

Here is the link to the NJ forum in BP. Maybe you can find some suggestions there.

New Jersey Real Estate Q&A Discussion Forum

I saw that plenty of people ask the same question you are asking. If you look around hopefully you will be able to find an answer to your question.

    Wishing you success.

    Sam Harris.

    Wally,

Welcome to the community. Other that the wealth of information available here I suggest you network at one of the local REI groups.

If you want more details pm me and I'll be happy to help.

    Good luck!

    Thanks

@Peter Matthews Thanks for the suggestion. We have team members that belong to most if not all the REI's serving NJ. We have had great success from Realtors in the past but finding "Hardworking" boots on the ground ones are not so easy to find. We might be transitioning our current business model to offer even greater than average commissions and incentives to find quality motivated agents that will serve us hence themselves. I am curious if things like $ bonuses for great deals and car/gas expenses being paid by us would work... Any ideas on other perks we could offer as incentive?
