I am currently studying to be a real estate salesperson in California. After you take the 3 required pre-licensee courses, how long do you have to schedule the exam? Do you have to pass the exam within a pre-determined amount of time? If so, what happens if you don't pass within that time?
For the broker's test it is 2 years from the application date. I'm thinking it is the same for a salesperson. If you don't pass within 2 years you have to redo the 3 courses.
You have two years to pass it.Otherwise, you get to apply again and pay more money.Don't psych yourself out,it's not the Bar exam. It's just a 150 question test and you can miss 45 questions and still pass.I am taking it today so,wish me luck!
