Hi,
Need help from BP members from franklin town sussex county New Jersey.
How is the area for rental opportunities? Is it a B+, A- type of area ? How is the commute to NY?

Hi,
This is around the corner from me, it's defiantly not an A neighborhood, I'd say most of the town is B- but some is C, just like any other town, some parts are better than others. Where are you looking? Did you have a property in mind?

Hi Charanjit,
Sussex is much like Warren county which is where i invest. Some areas are better than others. It depends on what town you are looking for rental opportunities. Stanhope and parts of Newton are good for rentals but like most of the rural areas transportation can be an issue. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any further help. thanks.
