Experienced Investor’s Real estate agent near Peoria, AZ

Hey my wife and I just moved to Peoria, Arizona and are looking to do some fix and flips close to home. We are looking for a agent that has lots of experience working with real estate investors and specifically with foreclosures/pre-foreclosures. Does anyone have an agent they would recommend?

Call Michael Franklin at The Property Shop realty. I’ve been working with him since 2004 (pre crash). Have probably bought and sold 35-40 homes with him during that time. He lives and works in Peoria.
