moving to new state, can my RE license come with me?

I am in the process of getting my RE license and was wondering how easy is it to get it in another state? example: I live in NJ if i moved to FL would i be able to handle RE? or would i have to retake class or just pass exam?

Shawn often adjacent states will have reciprocity deals that make it easier to get licensed than going through the entire process. IE: in Florida, I can get an AL license by just taking a portion of their exam or such. It's very unlikely there's such a deal for NJ/FL.

Depends on the two states. Check the licensing board for the state you're moving to and see what they say. Not RE, but when we moved from TX to CA, my wife was still trying to get her LPC license in CA when we finally left 3.5 years later. She had to take a bunch of additional classes. When we moved into CO, though, no problem.
