Investor Friendly Real Estate Brokerages - Chicago

Does anyone of any investor friendly, real estate brokerages in the Chicago area (particularly the south suburban are), where I can hang my brokers license?

In this day and age, the physical location of a real estate brokerage shouldn't matter. The only thing that matters is that it's licensed in Illinois.

@DeAllen Adams Congrats on getting your license! Being an agent is a great way to learn about real estate and real estate investing.
I have personally found eXp Realty to be very investor friendly. You get to keep 100% commission on 3 personal transactions each anniversary year. You can also network with and learn from experienced investors if you join the right team!

@DeAllen Adams - Congrats! Getting your real estate license is a great step to take to help your real estate.
I don't know anyone specifically on the southside, but I am sure some other people on BP might know some people.
Also, more importantly, what exactly do you mean by "investor-friendly" brokerages? And what exactly are you looking for in an "investor-friendly" brokerage?

@DeAllen Adams It depend on what you are looking for on the "investor" side. Ability to wholesale? Easier access to MLS listings? Just saving 2-3% on a few deals per year? Im a local Chicago area investor and joined eXp Realty to specialize in representing investor buyers and to do a few personal "commission free" deals per year. Let me know if you have any questions!

I know this response is very late, but I agree with these comments that eXp is a great option. If you are considering wholesaling or want great education on how to best leverage your license as an investor, you just need to make sure you join an investor-friendly organization within eXp. It’s an investor-friendly place, but honestly, if you’re a hustler, know your numbers, and understand the market, the specific brokerage matters way less. Investors care more about your knowledge and responsiveness than the name on your business card.
