Hello I’m looking to get into the disposition side of real estate. I’m wondering if I have to have a remote closing how does the process work? Does title just send everyone their necessary paperwork? Also what kind of information might I need from the buyer and seller?

Doing a remote closing is not that difficult. Usually a lawyer or escrow company is involved. They will send the documents to a mobile notary who will come out to get the signatures. This notary will then send the documents back to the lawyer or escrow company to finish the process. Checks will then go in the mail to the seller.
