Hello. My name is Hung Nguyen. I am an investor in Greenville, SC with 2 deals under my belt. A duplex and a triplex. I passed my real estate exam a few months back.
I am looking for a brokerage that is flexible in or can operate in Greenville, SC. I would prefer to work with a brokerage that does not have any monthly/yearly fees. I do plan on making 1-3 sales a month, and make commissions off of referrals.
@Hung Nguyen - Would also love to learn more about your triplex/ duplex properties. Have you posted about them before? Those are not so easy to come by in Greenville. Well done.
@Coley Mitchell Yes. I've posted about the duplex. The triplex did not need any work, and was rented out before the keys changed hands.
The duplex was a good find since it wasn't listed as one. Actually had 2 seperate houses on same lot; the smaller house was listed as a workshop. Fixed that up, and renting out for $950. On the bigger house, getting finished with the attic conversion and hoping to refinance the end of this month. Do you happen to know of anyone doing refi's at this time?
