Any Georgia real estate agents who wholesale? I’m trying to learn the proper way to sell real estate and do wholesale deals legally and ethically, anyone have proper advice?

    Disclose, early, often, and in writing ASAP and certainly at the closing table in writing. Your broker may be your biggest obstacle to wholesaling.

    GA is a non-fiduciary state for RE Agents too btw which you probably already know being licensed.
