Good morning, has anybody had experience using Center Street Lending for loans/DSCR loans?

Just want to do my due diligence before proceeding, has good reviews from google but haven't seen any reviews from people on BP. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, 

They are alright to work with. There are much better lenders out there with better rates, and terms.

    Who would you recommend for DSCR Loans in NY with decent rate and closing costs? Currently looking at 7.875%-8.375% with $5500 in closing costs with tier 1 credit

    What is the LTV? You can get DSCR in the high 6s depending on LTV, PPP, and Property Type.
