I am building a residential property management company in the Omaha metro area and am seeking to connect with a licensed broker for perspective and potential long-term alignment.
My background is in law enforcement, and I approach this business with a strong focus on compliance, documentation, and risk management. I am also actively pursuing licensure and view broker alignment as both a learning opportunity and a professional relationship.
