What’s the biggest financing issue you’ve encountered that delayed or nearly killed a deal?
Was it documentation, appraisal, reserves, debt-to-income, title, insurance, or something completely unexpected?
After reviewing transactions for many years, I’ve noticed that a lot of these issues can often be identified before a file is submitted. I’m curious what challenges others in this community have run into.
