New Mortgage Loan Officer
I am a new licensed Mortgage Lender Officer in Washington and Oregon. I have had been investing in real estate since 2020 with House Hacks, BURRS, and traditional buy and hold investing. I love the mortgage side of real estate and wanted to get further into it so I got my MLO license.
How can I best start to build relationships with buyers and gain experience as a new MLO?
What lessons do other MLO's wish they knew as they were starting off?
What are Realtors looking for in an MLO to gain their trust and business?
What questions am I not asking because I don't know to ask yet?
