Do BiggerPockets Mortgage Leads still work?

It's been about s couple of years since I paid for any mortgage leads. I am curious to know if any originators are finding success with being featured on BiggerPockets?

I've used it in the past. The issue I ran into was many of the leads were from primary home and not investment properties.

Hey Erik,

To be completely honest, I pay for BP (BiggerPockets) leads right now, but the quality is pretty low. You get a ton of tire-kickers and inquiries that just go nowhere.

I’m still using it because I've at least broken even on my investment, so it’s been worth the experiment. But if you’re thinking about trying it out, just don't go in with high expectations!
