Lender for packaged financing deal (4-5 properties) in STL/KC, MO

Anyone know of any banks/lenders/mortgage broker who would do a package financing deal of sub $50k SFR (4-5 properties) in MO for buy and hold? Looking to put down 20-25% for total purchase price of $200k. Please let me know. No HML or HML lookalike please

    I think your only option is going to be HM or PM. I haven't seen any other options for a deal like that. ~J

    Thanks for the reply @Jonathan J. Miller ... I don't want to go HM route and haven't found a PM who doesnt have rates like HM. I might end up doing this individually with conventional financing

    Avi, you can get Unsecured Line of Credit and go CASH.

    You can get sub $50k loans on each of them with conventional financing. This is going to give you terms out as long as 30 years with fixed interest rates.
