Indianapolis Bank/Lender/Mortgage Brokers without seasoning

Does anyone know or can recommend a bank, lender, or mortgage broker in the Indianapolis area for a cash out refinance without seasoning? Basically trying to do the BRRRR strategy without having to wait 6 months before doing a cash out refi. Thanks.

@Arek A. You might try Union Savings Bank. I've heard good things about their lending programs.

im currently working with Bloom Bank for financing. I've also heard they do portfolio lending which would be helpful down the road. I've been working with Dee.
