Gorham Savings Bank and Bangor Savings Bank offer loans in that range, as well as NBT Bank which is relatively new to this area but well established in surrounding markets. Hi Mike, I am currently working with Evergreen Credit Union to obtain a few commercial loans. Not sure if they will work with out-of-state owners though, but give it a try!

Camden National Bank is one of the larger Maine banks and I have several commercial loans with them. I have found them easy to work with, especially Gary Bellegard. I tried to post his phone number but apparently I'm not allowed to on here. Send me a PM if you can't find his contact info. on the Camden National Bank website or a google search. He works out of their Auburn office but I believe he would travel for such a large property.
Where is the property located in Maine? Is it in or near Portland, Augusta, Bangor? I ask because I know with some the particular area in Maine as well as rental history will make a huge difference
