Have a BRRRR property I'm looking at and a cash purchase would make this a steal. Looking for a 6 month-1 year hard money lender until I can cash out re-fi. Any recommendations?

if no one replies, I'd recommend:

1. Put your post in the BP forum for your area. Ppl in other states dont know your local lenders.

2 . Go to your local reia meetings. Always HM lenders there. Some of them will call themselves private lenders but the rates are the same.
