Looking for Tampa, FL Hard Money Lender

Have a BRRRR property I'm looking at and a cash purchase would make this a steal. Looking for a 6 month-1 year hard money lender until I can cash out re-fi. Any recommendations?

if no one replies, I'd recommend:

1. Put your post in the BP forum for your area. Ppl in other states dont know your local lenders.

2 . Go to your local reia meetings. Always HM lenders there. Some of them will call themselves private lenders but the rates are the same.

In Tampa I would recommend searching public records and to keep asking on BP. That’s how I found your post and I’m very interested in your deal directly for our fund. I offer the cash out refi too, and even a full bridge to perm in one loan. (Also on the Cash Out refi though once you get there, if might be worth checking out Synovous Bank some of my clients have been cashing out 70-80% after my hard money bridge loans to buy and renovate).

@Justin Rogers I have a great hard money guy but he will want to lend the money to an LLC
