I recently just got into this business & don’t actually have the funds to buy a home.
Today while in line at the gas station I heard a man complaining on the phone about not being able to sell the home. Being me, I gave him a business card and he surprisingly reached back out! He is looking to sell the house for $1,234 but I don’t actually have the money to pay for this how should I go about this next step? And are there any investors in the Richmond, Va area looking to help!?
I’d ask your circle of friends and family first. Because your post is vague on what your plans are for the property you may not get the answers you seek.
Is it a flip? Primary? Buy and hold? Do you have credit to get a loan? Hard money?
