What small bank are you using in the area? What advantages do they offer. I’m looking for an investor friendly bank as I’m acquiring 5-12 unit apartments in the area. I want to start building a relationship.

    @Chris Wharton is a great residential lender. If you're going commercial I would try Vinton County Bank or MCNB
