Solid brand name A/C unit that is good quality and affordable for a rental (small apartment)?

@Ahmed Porter and @Chris Seveney very interesting you both mentioned Goodman. I have heard that before and replaced 3 furnaces in a building with Goodmans and they seem to be good. Thanks a ton guys, great stuff

goodmen brayant all day long price point is great and warranty works have them in my house and all my properties that are not highend

I order from https://www.acwholesalers.com/, LG is pretty solid for me, I don't know if their good with negative cold weather we never have them. You couldn't go wrong with GE or CARRIER.
