I am an active real eatate investor in the Peoria IL area. The market appears to be solid based upon my recent flips and buy and holds. Caterpillar and other industries in the area had hit a slow period over the last 18 months, however, now many businesses in the Peoria area cant hire employees fast enough to support demand.
