Hello All,  Our firm recently took over a property that has a rat problem like I have never seen.  We have a 2 flat with a crawl space and when I sent our plumber down there to repair a sewer issue he sent me pictures of 15-25 rat burrows under this building and he saw them all retreat into the burrows when they shined light on it.  I want to eradicate this issue fast so I am looking for any referrals for someone that has extreme solutions to solve this ASAP!  Thanks!

Any good pest management company will take care of it.  I would expect more than 1 visit to be sure they got them all.  Can you describe the area around the property?  Are they in the houses nearby too?
