I am planning to purchase an investment property in the next few months. My plan is to find a fixer upper, remodel, and refinance using the equity to reinvest in more properties.
I will need a contractor. Does anyone have any good leads in the Kansas City / Saint Joseph MO area?
@Tiffany Smith glad you are still at it. Let me know if you find any deals that don’t work out for you. Still trying to get my foot in. I’ll ask around about contractors.
@Ryan Proffit thanks! Yeah I have been slow to start but I am looking to start accelerating things. Really liking the Brrr method. If you aren’t familiar with it you should check it out. I love this stuff!
