I have through the wall AC units in an apartment building. I can cover with AC sleeves still they make the place look too cheap.

What is the best way to cover them to make them loom aesthetic?

@Marisa Alvarez

I once built tiny roofs over mine. It wasn’t perfect but I made them match and it was somewhat good looking. I actually did it because the rain hit them and was loud. They are ugly! There are other options out there - so you could replace if it makes economic sense to do so.
