We went to Asheville this summer and fell in love with the log cabin lifestyle. We put a deposit on a lot, but unfortunately it fell through. We also put a $15579 deposit on a log cabin kit with Original Log Cabin Homes https://www.logcabinhomes.com/ but unfortunately, we lost the lot that we wanted and will not be able to build a log cabin home at this time. We were looking to transfer our deposit at a discount to a new buyer and the new buyer will have 3 years to take possession of the log cabin kit if they cant use right away.
