In attempt to increase likelihood of finding a great deal in the hot market, I am looking to begin cold calling. I have heard this discussed many times on the BP podcasts. What is the best way to get a list of people to call? I know we should look for those late on mortgage or tax payments but are there good sites where this information is available?
Thank you in advance for any help and advice.

With Listsource can structure your list based on factors such as years of ownership, absentee, number of units etc
@Chris McCormack City's property assessor db -> locate building types and filter -> look at owners who have owned for longer -> look up their name on usphonebook (if it's an LLC go to the state site first to determine the owner) -> call the numbers listed
This is the only free way to do it, from my knowledge, and you can pay for the information in an easier format. Up to you
Check out the recent BP podcast with Steve Trang (452 maybe??) and he gives awesome tips
Thanks Steve! That works great.
pro stream makes this 100x easier. Youtube is your friend.
