Can buy motels with seller financing?

Hi everyone I was wondering if it was possible for a person to a buy motel/hotel with seller financing? If so can you explain how you did it? Sorry the title should say can you buy motels with seller financing and how?

    @Artric Love, you can buy any property with seller financing.  The seller just needs to own it free and clear, or close to it.

    Okay! Nice this is great to know! Im starting to develop a good strategy that works for me and master it. Just coming up with a plan and some ideas.
