I am thinking about buying property on tax sale auction in Texas. What liens will still attached to the property after the sale. What liens will be removed.

In general non-governmental liens get wiped out if there are any. This may not be automatic though. You and your title company may have to work to get them removed or settled.
Governmental liens like other tax liens, city demo liens, city lawn mowing liens, IRS liens, treasury liens, federal terrorism liens, etc, don't get wiped out.
