Hey Mike, How's it going. I keep seeing Mf properties in Jacksonville and {Cado] ? that look good on Numbers but dont know the area. This would be my first MF property. I thought i might reach out , and see if any one else is investing there. Or should i stay closer? Thanks

Hello and I'm in Texarkana TX so I know about Miller County and a little bit in Little River but am interested in MF's in AR also... doing the MF bootcamp right now and TXK isn't great on growth metrics so I'm leery of doing long-distance investing but seeing the need to consider other markets that show more growth/demand in terms of housing.
