@Jay J. Roofstock or rent to retirement if you are looking for turnkey properties. Another thing you can do once you have decided the markets where you want to invest, contact local wholesalers and asked to add you to their buyer list. Be ready to pull the trigger quick for those.

There are other companies that have properties for sale but don't post on a list on a website or email list.
