Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone has considered investing in properties overseas in Europe, particularly in emerging markets that offer better returns. The barrier of entry could potentially be lower. Have you given any thought to this? What concerns would you have regarding the subject?
Which markets are you considering? I am in Europe and actually looking into taking the opposite route, as things seem to be more straightforward in the US.
