Hello to everyone :) My name is Slavisa Krstic and i currently live in Washington DC area. I am really interested in real estate investing ( long term rentals ) , and i started educating myself reading the books, listening Bigger podcasts etc. I am looking for some job in the industry where i could learn more in addition to books and podcasts, what would be your recommendation? Are am really willing to learn from someone who has experience in real estate investing . Is it working for property manager company or working for some real estate agent the best solution ? As a young professional, I started in property management as a leasing agent working for various firms. The experience I gained as a leasing and PM professional was invaluable and I use that experience every day as a broker, investor, and independent PM.
Highly recommend if you have no experience and want to get some real experience while working. Hope this helps! :)
