Hi looking to invest in Jacksonville 32207 in spring field area in a single family .. What kind of neighborhood is this ? B or C class? What kind of tenants can I expect ?
Also looking at woodland acres in 32211 single family as well.. any and all advice would be appreciated on these two neighborhoods as I am out of state.

Love to hear that you're investing in Jacksonville! As a local real estate agent, I can share that we have several investors that have properties in that zip code. We are actually closing on a single family with an ADU tomorrow on that side of town.
That zip code covers a diverse area including the coveted San Marco area, which is great for high appreciation and is in demand for rentals. The other side would be considered St. Nicholas. That is where you can get a lower price point, but still good rent values.
If you are considering the Springfield area, that will typically be 32206. That is a top area for a lot of investors as there are historic homes that are in need of TLC or have been recently flipped.
