I recently listed a fully furnished Short Term Rental in North Phoenix on the MLS.

On Zillow, they track how many total views and total saves that property has had at their site. I've been tracking the report. So, after the first week, when I go to Zillow to see their activity report, I get the following : ca n someone explain this?

7 days on Zillow 953 views 40 saves - $781,000

then when I check back a couple of days later it says that the total 9 days on Zillow views is 771.

9 days on Zillow 775 views 31 saves - $781,000

So, for the first 7 days I had 953 views and 40 saves, but two days later for the first 9 days the total number drops?

It's possible that the page views are being manipulated to try to convince you to pay for advertising on Zillow.

The "Saves" number can lower if people unsave the listing.
