Im a general contractor looking to team up. I have some deals but don't understand where to go from here. of course they are on fixers, that's where I could be in the deal. Contact me for more info.

@Tommy Safford The more information you provide, the more likely you will find someone wanting to partner with you. You mention that you are a general contractor, are you a licensed general contractor in California? Are you insured and bonded? What types of projects have you built and rehabbed? Do you have references?
You mentioned that you have deals, maybe you can give a little more information, such as where the property is, cost to purchase, amount to rehab, estimated value upon completion, etc. In order for an investor to make a decision on whether or not they want to work with you, they need to know what it is you provide, what you need from them, and what they will get out of the deal. It has to all make sense, and if it does, you should be able to find someone. Good luck.
