Having issue getting back deposit for a probate auction.

I recently attended a probate sale and it required 10% offer price of deposit to be elligible to attend the bid. I didn't win. The issue is it has been 11 days and I still did not get my deposit back. My agent said the listing agent is not very responsive. I am not sure what to do now. Has anyone experienced same issue? I am a bit worried since I am in contract for another property now and the deposit is important to get the deal closed.

If the agent won't give you the money back, talk to their broker and then go up the ladder from there.
