Selling A Pro-folio of Rentals

Looking for tips on the best way to sell my Rented Homes in 1 transaction . My realestate agent keeps pushing me to sell them individually, and I really want to keep my tenants with a landlord. Any suggestions?

    Hey @John McPherson, welcome to the BP Forum! I have a couple of CFO clients in KC that might be interested (or know people that might be interested). Are the properties in KCK or KCMO?

    post them here in classifieds. People can see them and reach out to you about them. There are a good amount of investors on here who could take down (including myself) a portfolio of rentals
