Interesting. We will have to watch this space and see if there is a tangible benefit to be found for all affected people. Reducing paperwork won't do much for most of us. Hope they do better than just that. Thanks for posting!

In fact, it reduces the amount of compliance to previously lower levels, meaning, there is far more than just paperwork involved that's dropped. It's compliance, inspections, fines, and threats by the government. Now, if we can find small builders who haven't gone broke to start building again, that should help.
