Looking To Purchase a STR in Dallas TX

Hi All, 

I am looking to purchase a STR in Dallas TX. Two by the end of the year, but the first by July 4th. Specifically interested in these areas - Flower Mound, Little Elm, Frisco, Prosper and more. Budget is $250 - $300k for down payment and renovations if needed for two properties. I am looking for an Real Estate Agent that has experience in finding strong STR properties and locations. I would greatly appreciate and assistance or introductions. I am already approved for a loan and to find a deal.

We're seeing continued STR demand in Frisco and Little Elm, especially with all the corporate and sports traffic nearby.
