Hi everyone, My names Christian and I'm just starting to get into real estate and with not a lot of cash on hand but we all start somewhere right. I've done a huge amount of research and planning but it always comes back to money I've looked into ways of financing so that I can do a flip with a buddy of mine and I've learned about Hard money loans I'm doing some research into them but I'm here to ask for tips on finding lenders that are safe and reliable? Any help would be appreciated
