Florida’s still my top pick for 2025. Despite the headlines, I’m seeing consistent rent growth, a drop in insurance premiums, and stronger tenant quality across the board. In my own portfolio, I’ve increased rents on almost every lease this year, and I’ve got fewer vacancies than ever. Plus, with the state pushing for lower property taxes and possibly 2.5% interest rates next year, this market might just feel “on sale” in hindsight. What’s your 2025-26 game plan?
