New Build in Taos NM- Marketing?

I am representing development project in Taos, NM. The project will offer both townhomes and single family units and is in an amazing location (5 minute walk from the historic district). Curious of everyone's thought on how to best market this new-build in this environment. We are in a tough market right now, and I want to make sure we are doing everything we can to secure reservations for pre-sale ASAP.
