21 year old wanting to start his investment journey
Hi, I'm Chase McIntire — a 21-year-old from Grant, Alabama.
Right now, I'm working two full-time jobs while also attending school. I'm highly motivated and eager to learn how to invest and take the right steps toward financial freedom. My goal is to eventually build a duplex, either in Grant or nearby areas.
I'm currently grossing about $75,000 a year, but since I’ve only recently started both jobs, I don’t have a lot of capital saved up just yet. That said, I’m willing to put in the work, learn, and take smart, strategic steps toward getting there.
I'm just looking for some insight and guidance on where to start — both with investing in general and with getting into real estate development.
Thanks so much for your time!
— Chase

Buy a duplex with an FHA loan. FHA is how I got started. Have done over $200M in deals since that time.
