Roofstock — curious about real investor experiences (good, bad, or in-between)

I’ve read mixed things and would really value hearing directly from people who have actually used the platform:

  • 1. Have you bought or sold through Roofstock?

  • 2. What was your experience like in terms of communication, accuracy of the data, and the condition of the property compared to what was presented?

  • 3. Did the rent, expenses, and cash-flow projections line up with reality after closing?

  • 4. How did the transition to property management go?

  • 5. Would you use Roofstock again — or recommend it to someone else?

Appreciate any real-world insight you’re willing to share. Thanks in advance!
