Capital Partner Expanding in Indiana – Seeking 1–2 Execution Partners

We are currently funding two active flips in Indiana and are looking to expand with one or two additional local operating partners.

We are not looking for wholesalers seeking assignment fees. We are looking for small to mid-level operators who have completed multiple flips and are looking to scale but are capital constrained. This person would be our "boots on the ground" and sources the deal, manages the renovation, and handles resale. 

Any advice on where to find trustworthy operating partners?
