Direct Mail Costs!? Share with me your numbers!
Hello, fellow Investors/Wholesalers!
What are you all seeing as your total costs for running direct mail campaigns? How much are you paying per record when you are purchasing your lists to mail? How much are you paying to send out each piece of mail? Do you use any other services to keep your direct mail campaigns in order? I'm also curious what your cost to acquire a direct mail deal is? What is the average profit you see per deal in your market?
I'd love to hear how these numbers vary from person to person!
