Acquiring a Property Management Company

Hello,

My wife and I have started a property management company but we also desire of buying an already established one to help build our book of business. I'm wondering if anyone has advice on how to acquire. I go on buying business websites to see if any come up but looking for my best possible success rate while we grow our own internal business.
